    Had eaten black rice in its pure form and it is good with its nutty flavor but must be cooked right amount of water to make it just perfect. But if you will use black rice as an ingredient on dishes, you won’t even notice the black rice in it as its nutty flavor will blend with the dish.     I am from UPLB. Here it is called brown rice actually. Nice article. Brown rice is really very good for the body and is truly a very healthful alternative to normal white rice.
